Danni Shinya
Originally from Shanghai, China, Danni Shinya Luo currently resides in Los Angeles. She graduated with honor in 2006 from Art Center College of Design, and has been exhibiting her paintings in many galleries through out North America. Luo’s main focus is on the beauty of female figures, and the psychological tension that exists between them. Her inspiration includes Art Nouveau and digital graphics. Her main medium is watercolor with ink, and few other mixed mediums. Shinya also works digitally for her commercial works. Overall, Danni Shinya’s work can be described as fluid and organic, with fresh and feminine color palettes. In addition to her gallery work, Shinya loves to support other talented artists, and has been a member of Girls Drawin’ Girls since 2006.
