Kate Laird has lived most of her life in Sleepy Hollow, New York. She has been drawing for as far back as her memory allows (early work can still be seen on the walls of the den of her childhood home). After years of being “the art kid” and taking college painting and drawing courses in high school, Kate left home at 18 to pursue a career in the entertainment art industy. Full of moxie and naive confidence she set a trail for California. There she attended Otis College of Art and Design and graduated in 2009 with honors. After almost year of freelance, Kate is now working at a start up game company called Music Mastermind doing character design, and illustrating for Wizards of the Coast working specifically in their sexy fantasy babes department.
