Jeff McMillan was born in San Jose, Ca. His secret was to maintain a solid C average in academics that would allow more time for the art classes to excel and pretty much take over all other interests. Studying at West Valley Community College in Saratoga Ca. developing skills that lead to the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. Leaving San Francisco in 2001 and heading for Los Angeles to attend the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena to study illustration. He now works and lives in Los Angeles.
