After graduating college in the midwest Chuck moved to Los Angeles where he began his career in concept design. A background in Illustration, Communication Design, Industrial Design and 3D made him a prime candidate for the Gnomon School of Visual Effects. Taking extensive courses there and then working at the Gnomon Studio set his foundation as a concept artist for film.

After working on various film based freelance projects and a short stay at Aaron Sims Company, Chuck moved into production pre-vis concept design and storyboarding, on-location VFX assisting and post-vis animation and concept art. Chuck continues to work on freelance projects for film continually broadening his horizons and expanding his skill sets beyond concept design.
